- Be an enrolled student at an institution affiliated with the university of Mostaganem.
- Provide a valid student card.
- Provide a valid enrollment certificate.
- Provide a clear personal photo.
- Have not already submitted an application during the current year.
- The application is free and manually reviewed by SETRAM.
